Paper Flower Window Installations for Naree

Window displays for Naree, created across the entire spring season from March to May. I designed and built three different installations for the Naree boutique at Bonarka City Center in Kraków, each with its own leading flower theme: roses in March, daisies in April, and poppies in May. Alongside the main blooms, I added flowers familiar from Polish meadows and gardens, such as hollyhock or bellflower. Every element was made by hand by me, without templates, from concept and design through cutting, shaping, and the final installation.

Roses set an elegant tone for the season. The single, precise paper folds were especially demanding, but they helped achieve a refined look. I created the roses in deep red and dusty blush pink.

Daisies brought freshness and simplicity. Their centers took many hours of hand work and were surrounded by textured petals. I showed them in different stages of bloom, from tight buds to fully open flowers.

Poppies were bold in both color and form. The paper folds reference the delicacy and translucency of real petals, while the poppy centers were interpreted in a more illustrative, geometric style.

behind the scenes

For a few months, my studio turned into a real garden, with everything built by hand, petal by petal. In each flower, I aimed to capture its most recognizable features without copying it literally or creating hyperrealistic models, keeping a crafted, illustrated signature instead.
